Solver ERP is a premise and Cloud-based ERP solution to manage the day-to-day operations and have product verticals into Accounts, Sales, Purchase, and Stock Transactions of small & medium enterprises initiated by QDES INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Indian companies’ act having its address at 2nd floor, Chemmanam square, p.p. road, Perumbavoor, Ernakulam, Kerala, India, 683542. 

Definition

SOLVER – The ERP solution initiated by QDES Infotech Pvt. Ltd and used by its service providers and affiliates (India and Qatar).

Clients – Individuals, Organisations, and Institutions who seek ERP solutions with Solver.

Service provider – The service provides cloud space and storage for Solver's customers.

Payment Gateway – An external payment gateway that supports Solver in making virtual financial transactions.

Site/Platform – Solver Platform/portal/ website/ Afi infotech / QDES Infotech

By logging in to Solver you give consent to us to collect personally identifiable information, such as your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone number, Postal Address, Date of Birth, Organization details, Login password, etc. You with full consent and information do provide us your Credit/Debit card details/ UPI ID/ Net Banking Username, etc. to enable recurring periodical payments from or to you. By adding your address and other location details you are providing the consent to Solver to anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your PIN/ZIP code and country. All the above information shall be used by us to locate, identify, receive payments, impart information, serve you to meet the purpose of our business, etc.

By signing this Privacy Policy, you clearly understand and acknowledge that the data (“User Content”) you save on Solver is your responsibility. Your messages are generally only viewable by the parties who are permitted by you. Solver does not access or interfere with the data or communication you make through our space unless requested by you or any legal authorities to provide support and we will not be responsible for its content and use by third parties. The Personal Information shared by you in your User Content is your responsibility and we do not have any liability or responsibility for it being used or misused by third parties.

You sign in with Solver being fully aware that Solver is only a facilitator to the Cloud-based ERP solution to manage Accounts, Sales, Purchase, and Stock Transactions of small & medium enterprises, and the cloud space is owned by the Service Provider, with whom the Solver has a valid legal agreement.

It is the policy of Solver not to side with any political party or promote any opinion of any sect, cult, religion, group, or political party.

Protecting the financial and banking data of parties and third parties is especially important. For that reason, Solver does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally identifiable information on the Website/platform from users under 18 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then you are mandated not to use or access the Website at any time or in any manner without verified parental consent. If the Solver learns that personally identifiable information of persons below 18 years of age has been collected on the Website without verified parental consent, then the Solver will take appropriate steps to delete this information.

Protecting insider information or data is the responsibility of the information or data owner. Solver ERP will not ask for any insider information or encourage anyone to share their insider information with others through the Platform or otherwise. If anyone, be it an organization or a member share their insider information that will be at the risk of the person who shares the same.

Solver collects and uses your personal information only for providing required services, and to improve customer experience. Account Termination

Your account may be terminated from our side if you fail to make payment consecutively for 3 months and in such an event, reinstatement shall happen only once you pay the whole amount due. Your information may remain stored in the archive on our servers even after the deletion or termination of your account and your data will be saved only for one month. However, we will not sell, transfer, or use the information relating to the terminated account of an individual in any way.

Changes To This Policy And Opt-Out

Solver reserves the right to amend/update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect and to meet the changing needs of business and technology. We may notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our web pages regarding any major changes. However, Solver encourages you to periodically review this Policy to be informed of how Solver is protecting your information.

Solver respects your privacy and prohibits the posting of such content without consent.
