Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage our accounting and financial operations across all our business locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in VAT and GST calculations, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in client handling. Experience in the GCC region and prior work in an IT company will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations across all company locations.

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including VAT and GST filing and reporting.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely audit completion.

• Handle financial reporting and submit accurate reports to senior management.

• Liaise with clients on financial matters, billing, and related queries.

• Implement and maintain financial controls and processes.

• Lead finance-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and finance.

• Proven experience in VAT and GST calculations and filing.

• Experience working across multiple locations and handling inter-company transactions.

• GCC experience is a strong plus.

• Prior experience in an IT company is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

The Software Support & Implementation Engineer will play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and successful software implementation for our clients. This individual will work closely with both our development teams and customers to resolve technical issues, guide customers through the implementation process, and ensure the smooth running of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation of software solutions at client sites.

  • Configure, install, and customize software applications to meet client needs.

  • Ensure timely and successful deployment and rollout of software products.

  • Provide training and documentation to clients to ensure they are able to use the software effectively.

• Technical Support:

  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently.

  • Liaise with development teams to escalate and resolve software bugs or system failures.

  • Monitor and ensure the performance and stability of software applications for clients.

• Customer Interaction:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.

  • Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and provide improvements or updates to the software.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of support tickets, implementation progress, and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Support Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
